Donuts
Grandma Lotte made us famous for our Jelly Donut. Today we make a large variety of donuts, which are the first product line our bakers start, way before sunrise. Our case is full of old fashioned cake, raised donuts and the popular layered Cro-Yum. New for 2019, we've added a line of specialty donuts for you to watch for each week.
Fresh Baked Bread
We take our bread program very seriously for Lakes Region residents, without getting too serious. We like to think it's "comfort bread" accessible, covering the classics – whites, raisin, honeycorn, wheat, cheese, and crimp. Our bakers will take your special orders for next day pick-up, and we're happy to slice and bag it for you too. For shipping, we leave slicing up to you in order to preserve freshness.
Cake
From dessert cakes, to custom decorated cakes, we take great pride in our baking and decorating. Lakes Region residents and vacationers turn to us for birthday cakes, special event cakes, and theme cakes such as our famous 4th of July Flag sheet cake. Muffins
Muffins are one of our most popular breakfast items, and for 2019 we've revamped our product offering. Try our taller, wider muffin tops that sparkle with sanding sugars, fruit, chopped nuts and sweet morsels. You'll enjoy the surprise of our filled muffins too. If you're an early bird, bring a few home for late riser family members and you'll be their hero, we promise.
Puff Pastry
Take one look at our Puff Pastry collection, and you'll say "Yuuuuuum!" From light, fluffy, intricate Triangles, to cream filled Napoleons and Strudels, these treats will literally crunch as your teeth sink through layers of rich flakes, and then melt in your mouth. Our pastry creme fillings, glazes and fruit fillings will "smooth" the finish.
Danish
Our German roots are not far removed from the heritage of the Danish. Since the 1940s we've carefully crafted the laminated layers of our own yeast-leavened dough, added just the right savory spice, shaped twisted rolls, filled with fruit and finished with icing. Yummy for breakfast and dessert.
Homemade Pies
Wolfeboro villagers and Lakes Region travelers alike turn to us for family dinner and picnic pies. We offer a wide selection of menu standards such as classic blueberry, apple, triple berry, and seasonal favorites such as pumpkin and strawberry rhubarb. Place special orders for next day pick-up.

Whoopie Pies
Did you know that Whoopie Pies are a New England classic tradition, brought here by the Amish of Pennsylvania? We’ve been making them since 1948. We start with two fluffy chocolate cakes, pipe in our famous vanilla pastry creme, and finish each with a delicate dusting of confectioners sugar. (Side note: some historians believe the Whoopie Pie was originally made with leftover cake batter, which coal miners compared to lumps of refused coal called "gobs").
